I was born and raised in Lake Charles. I began my teaching career in 2004. I graduated from Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama with a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education. I also have my Masters in Educational Leadership from McNeese State University.

I am married and have 3 sons. I enjoy reading books in my spare time.
