Hi! My name is Jennifer Downs. I was born and raised in Lake Charles, Louisiana.   I graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education.  I also received my English as a Second Language certification while I was there.  I began my teaching career in 2006 and have been working with English Learners since 2018.
